It's difficult for me to say because:

"Where did you purchase information technology?" may refer to the activity of buying, which is a matter of the past, hence past simple

while

"Where have you bought it?" can emphasize the result of a past action (the result is having the record), hence present perfect.

I'd say that "Where take you bought information technology?" is correct, though it'south difficult for me to justify why. Maybe considering of the context. First of all, there must take been a reason to put 'I honey this mp3 record' before the question Secondly, it means that they have the record, every bit a result of buying and it was a rather recent purchase since the other person haven't seen information technology before.
